Our Easter box includes 4 cheeses, profiling a special Lemon Feta made just for the Easter Cheese Box, sesame rice crackers, ice wine glazed pink smoked salmon as well as a preserve, artichoke tapenade, a beautiful wooden cheese knife and a special Easter Chocolate treat from Harlan’s Chocolates. Contents are enough for between 4 and 8 people to enjoy just add a few more crackers or bread to extend serving numbers.
Cheeses include:
1) Lemon Feta – a fresh addition to our classic feta, and wonderful on pasta or salad-250gr.
2) Tapenade Chevre – plain soft goat cheese topped with olive tapenade – 150gr.
3) Basil Chevre – plain soft goat cheese topped with basil leaves – 150gr.
4) Juliette – a ripened Camembert style cheese. Eat it at room temperature or warm it in the oven with a nut or honey topping-180gr.
