This Easter Cheese box includes 4 of our most popular cheeses, a new Raincoast Crisp cracker, smoked salmon as well as preserves, artichoke tapenade and some top notch chocolate. A complete package for a charcuterie board, a pre-dinner graze for a gathering of between 4 and 8 people or to last all Easter weekend for 2 people. It profiles all local companies with the addition of some French brandied chocolate.
Cheeses include:
1) Ruckles – soft goat cheese rolled into logs and marinated in grape seed oil, fresh herbs and garlic. Tastes great on anything!
2) Flower Chevre – plain soft goat cheese topped with a local flower to present beautifully.
3) Lemon Feta – our feta topped with fresh lemons and great on salads, pasta, pizza, soups and veggies.
4) Juliette – a ripened Camembert style cheese. Eat it at room temperature or warm it in the oven with honey and walnuts.
