Our most popular cheese is our Chèvre – a soft goat cheese with a subtle, elegant taste that matches its refined presentation. It is made in eight different flavors, each packaged individually, Lemon, Garlic, Chili, Truffle, Pepper, Tapenade, Plain and Basil.
Chèvre in any flavor is a wonderful addition to any cheese plate, accompanied by crackers or bread. Our different flavors also benefit from specific food pairings, including: the Basil flavor paired with fresh tomatoes, the White Truffle with a full bodied red wine, the Flower Chèvre with Sauvignon Blanc, the Pepper with smoked tuna or salmon, and the Garlic with Kalamata olives and rye bread. The Hot Chili flavor is best enjoyed simply, with a plain cracker.
