Your Box includes:
1) Juliette – a ripened Camembert style cheese
2) Ruckles – the original soft cheese rolled into logs and marinated in grape seed oil, garlic + fresh herbs
3) Lemon Chevre – fresh lemon on our soft spreadable chevre
Included with your cheeses are Plain Rice Crisps Crackers, our custom made SSI Cheese Blackberry and Beetroot Relish, Moroccan dried olives, Sea Change Seafoods Candied Wild Smoked Salmon, a bag of 6 Salt Spring Cookie Co. Triple Chocolate Salty cookies and 2 of our home made goat cheese cheesecakes with strawberry/basil compote and graham cracker streusel. Add your own drinks or wine and you are set for a delicious picnic.
If you need a few more extras for your picnic and you are on island you might consider picking up some fresh bagels at The Mercantile in Fulford to go with the Lemon Chevre and Candied Smoked Salmon. Or, embellish your Juliette by drizzling a little olive oil on it before baking in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes, or until oozy in the middle, and then top with 1) Caramelized onions + chili flakes or 2) Toasted pine nuts with balsamic glaze or 3) Honey or maple syrup and walnuts.
