To accompany your cheeses we have some tasty companions. We asked Harlan’s Chocolates, our local Chocolatier, to create two chocolate truffles specific to our requests. The flavors in these truffles compliment two of our most popular cheeses and introduce you to the delight of cheese and chocolate, great gastronomic companions. Cheese, chocolates and salami need to be brought to room temperature before serving for best texture and taste.
