This months Spring cheese box can be sent or picked up for any occasion. We are featuring 2 new B.C. products that celebrate spring. Pur Organic Cocktail Garnishes is a recent Vancouver company that create beautifully packaged garnishes for drinks, baked goods and charcuterie boards. We chose Lemon + Lavender but they create many citrus flavors.

Salt Spring Island’s Eagle Ridge Seeds is a locally based living seedbank producing endangered heirloom seeds since 1995. We chose two lovely annual flowers that can be grown in the ground or in pots, Nicotiana Sylvestris, a fragrant white flower and their Pink Frilly Poppy.

Cheeses include:
1) St. Jo Feta – a herb infused version of our classic feta with an olive topping – 250 gr.
2) Truffle Chevre – plain soft goat cheese topped with earthy truffle – 150 gr.
3) Flower Chevre – plain soft goat cheese topped with local flowers – 150 gr.
4) Juliette – a ripened Camembert style cheese. Eat it at room temperature or warm it in the oven with a nut or honey topping- 250 gr.
